Bio: A Mechanical Engineering Senior at Villanova University, Daniel "djk123" Kelly is not your typical college student. Currently, Kelly is one of the hottest names in online poker, and is ranked in the top 10 for online tournament play. In 2009, Kelly scooped up player of the year honors for Pokerstars' World Championship of Online Poker series. Kelly garnered these honors through two outright wins in Event #2 ($215 Razz) for $53,400 and Event #44 ($10,300 HORSE) for $252,350. He had his sights set on winning an unprecedented 3rd WCOOP bracelet in the series' Main Event before falling to eventual winner Yevgeniy Timoshenko in 4th place finish, earning $643,200. Even more shocking than Kelly’s amazing success in poker, is that he is still able to balance time between school and his "college" job. It's probably a good assumption to expect that Daniel "djk123" Kelly, who just turned 21 in March, has only shown the poker world a glimpse of what’s to come.
