Bio: Vanessa Peng, better known online as PrincessDonk, is a high-stakes tournament player who currently resides in Las Vegas. A graduate of Washington and Lee University's Law School, Peng decided shortly after beginning her career in law that her new profession at a law firm wasn't what she wanted out of life. Since leaving her job, Peng has begun to climb the online poker rankings, debuting in the top 100 in May of 2010 and reaching #18 in CardPlayer's 2011 Online Player of the Year Leaderboard. Peng has continued to post numerous large scores in some of the toughest online tournaments, including a win in UB’s Sunday $200k Guarantee tournament for $44,920. With her success so far, it is a safe bet that "PrincessDonk" will remain a fixture on the tournament scene and a tough competitor for a long time to come.
